I agree with the theory that the university has indicated,because people who eat breakfast in the morning have a clear mind and have a more easier day as to people who dont eat breakfast cant focus and all that be on their mind is getting a bite to it, so as lunch roles around they non-breakfast eaters consume more food to soothe the hungry from ealier that day. i can understand why breakfast eaters weight less then non- breakfast eaters
